Doing some ‘lazy girl’ exercises in bed.
I have 2 10 lb hand weights , so I’m lifting, stretching, doing leg lifts, & throwing in some yoga moves. All while watching “hes just not that into you” Muahaha!

Oh yeah, and the other night I had a dream that Kim Kardashian was in my circuit training class.

Last week I did so well! I was energized, motivated and super happy.
Then Friday I didn’t feel like doing anything. I didn’t want to get out of bed, so I really didn’t. I ran errands, skipped the gym, then went out to lunch AND dinner.. came home and ate loads of pizza a few hours later.
Saturday and Sunday I forced myself to go to the gym. I worked out mostly my arms and did light cardio (does light cardio even exist?) Anyway, I don’t know what’s going on with me. Maybe tomorrow I’ll do/feel better.
It might just be stress. I don’t know..I’m a human slug right now.
I”ll update by Tuesday night after Circuit.
Hope everyone else’s weekend went well.
